PMI's PracticeIMPACT©
A Program To Provide Eye Care Offices With Greater Comfort In Managed Care
via site and distant training for doctors and staff.
Your Professional Life Needs PMI's Practice IMPACT©
Admit it. Third party challenges are keeping you awake nights and are distracting you from what you really want to do; patient care! PMI was created to help eye doctors minimize the distractions and maximize the satisfaction with eye care practice. Dr. Charles Brownlow and PMI's staff and consultants study third party and documentation issues so that you don't have to. Give It Up! Stop trying to deal with huge, complicated issues while armed with conflicting facts and minimal resources. Let PMI turn your third party headaches into peace of mind! We have developed a system of services to do just that.
Practice IMPACT will assist your office to:
- Increase your peace of mind and your bottom line by improving your relations with insurers and other payers
- Develop better medical records
- Choose more appropriate fees for your practice
- Apply sound business principles to your professional practice
The PMI Practice IMPACT on your practice will be increased net income and decreased concerns over rules regarding medical records, reimbursement and audits by Medicare and other payers. You and your staff can concentrate on the patients again, rather than the payers.
PMI Practice IMPACT includes four phases to maximize its benefit for your office. You may contract for individual parts of the program or enjoy big savings by contracting for Phase I through Phase III. Phase IV provides maintenance of the programs you implement through the first three phases and will be customized to meet your practice's needs.
Let's Look At the Components of Practice IMPACT
Phase I Practice Analysis-Fee Analysis and Chart Reviews will be provided to your office just as they are provided to large medical clinics and hospitals around the country.
Phase II Ongoing Assistance For Your Doctors And Staff - In our seminars around the country we learned what frustrates eye doctors and staff, and then created tools to help:
- PMI Eye Care Examination Forms©
- PMI Eye Care Route Slips©
- PMI Expert Telephone, Fax and Email Support
- ForeSight 20/15 Online Newsletter
Phase III - Onsite Visit By PMI Expert-A one-day onsite visit by a PMI consultant, to study your practice and provide customized assistance through a seminar for your staff and doctors.
Phase IV - Continuous Practice Development and Assistance-PMI's experts and services have worked exclusively with eye care offices since 1989 and will continue to be available to your office beyond the initial Practice IMPACT. It is recommended that several of the services be repeated periodically for maximum effectiveness. These services and products will be available individually or may be purchased at a single annual package fee at the completion of the IMPACT contract period.
