Heading the PMI staff is Charles B. Brownlow, O.D., a recognized expert in third party coding. He has conducted over 250 optometric office consultations and over 400 seminars on medical record keeping, coding and billing procedures and has many years of third party claims filing experience. He has over 18 years of private optometric practice experience as well.
