How The Analysis Works

Just follow these simple steps and let PMI help you decrease worry about your medical records submissions and help increase revenue.

• Simply pull 10 charts that are disease management related
• Make a separate copy of the chosen charts with any additional notes for the day of service; including case history, health history questionnaire, etc
• Include a copy of the claim form sent to the payer for each encounter showing all charges
• Mail all information to PMI, LLC. PO Box 608, Waupaca, WI 54981.
• You will receive the results in approximately three weeks.

The Audit Results

When PMI receives your charts and accompanying information, we perform a thorough audit to be sure that your documentation supports the level of service(s) you have chosen. Our staff also verifies that each documentation requirement is being met clearly, concisely and consistently.

PMI will forward a full critique of the audit results to you. When you receive our results, you can be confident that your chart records will comply with the latest documentation guidelines.
